• All estimates are free unless otherwise stated.

• If a deposit is required, it is non-refundable once:

  • The project has been scheduled, or

  • Materials have been purchased, or

  • Labor has been assigned to the project.

Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

• Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Aesthetic dissatisfaction once the work has been approved or completed.

  • Changes of mind by the client after the project has begun.

  • Delays caused by weather conditions, material availability, or site conditions.

• If a project is canceled before work has started, any potential refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, minus administrative costs, material costs, or reserved labor time.

Client-Supplied Materials

• JP Lone Star Services is not responsible for defects, failures, or unsatisfactory results caused by materials supplied by the client.

• No refunds will be issued for issues resulting from client-provided materials.

Corrections & Adjustments

If an issue arises directly related to workmanship performed by JP Lone Star Services, we reserve the right to:

• Correct the issue, or

• Make reasonable adjustments,

before any refund or compensation is considered.

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Cancellations made after the project has started are not eligible for refunds.

• Late cancellations may result in additional charges.
